Compliance For States in the USA

In short, some states aren’t down with all of our hemp products.. odd 🤔 … But that’s okay, if you find this on your previously preferred products, you can always stick it to the man with our Delta 9 Products.

Some of our products are not able to be sold in some states, the most common of these states are:

• Arizona
• Arkansas
• Delaware
• New York
• Utah
• Rhode Island

There are other states as well that do not allow some products and they have been selected.

For states that don’t much care for alternative cannabinoids, you can always go for our Delta 9 products. That’ll put a stick in their craw and you’re allowed to have it!
