These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Utoya.com and purchases made through this website. References to “Utoya,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the business operating Utoya.com.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of this website.

1. AGE REQUIREMENTS AND ACCESS TO THIS WEBSITE

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to access this website or purchase products from Utoya. You must also meet any higher minimum age requirement applicable to your purchase or delivery location. Anyone who does not meet these requirements is prohibited from accessing this website or placing an order.

By selecting “I am 21 or older,” confirming your age, creating an account, or submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all age and identity information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not guarantee fulfillment. Subject to applicable law, we may hold, refuse, or cancel an order because of failed age or identity verification, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, product unavailability, pricing errors, legal restrictions, or a violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, amounts owed to you will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

6. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Please review our Shipping & Returns policy for additional information about fulfillment and delivery.

For consumer and staff safety, we generally do not accept product returns. Except where required by law or expressly authorized by Utoya, we do not provide refunds for products that have shipped and have been assigned a tracking number.

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or there is another problem with your order, contact orders@utoya.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photographs or other information reasonably necessary to review your claim.

Paid membership purchases and delivered digital goods or services are generally final and nonrefundable, except as required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

Nothing in these Terms or our other policies limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning defective goods, non-delivery, or unauthorized transactions.

7. PROMOTIONS AND COUPONS

Promotions are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, availability, expiration dates, and any additional terms displayed with the offer.

Unless an offer states otherwise, promotional benefits are limited to one redemption per eligible customer. Duplicate accounts, fraudulent registrations, and other attempts to obtain unauthorized benefits are prohibited.

We may discontinue or modify promotions prospectively and cancel redemptions obtained through fraud or violations of the applicable promotional terms, subject to applicable law.

When advertised as active, this promotion provides one free pre-roll to an eligible new newsletter subscriber.

• The offer is available only to new subscribers and is not valid for existing customers.

• The coupon is valid for one use and one free pre-roll per eligible customer.

• The pre-roll strain is subject to availability. An equal or greater value strain may be substituted where lawful.
