My Account Page
- After each purchase, log in to your Utoya account and head to the “My Account” section. Here, you’ll find a special “Raffle Tickets” tab. This is your personal hub for tracking all your raffle entries.
- For every $10 spent, you’ll earn one raffle ticket, which will be displayed with a unique ticket number or code. You can see the total number of tickets you’ve accumulated, ensuring you’re always in the loop.
Order Confirmation and Email Notifications
When you complete a purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email that includes the number of raffle entries you’ve earned. Keep an eye on your inbox, as we’ll also send you a summary email at the end of each raffle period, reminding you of your total entries and the date of the upcoming draw.

- In your “Raffle Tickets” tab, we’ll update the status of each ticket. If you’re a winner, your ticket will be marked as “Winner” along with instructions on how to claim your prize. If not, it will show as “Not Selected,” but don’t worry—you’ll have plenty more chances to win in future raffles!

Mystery Box Giveaway
1. Promotional Giveaway
This raffle is a promotional giveaway conducted by Utoya. It is not a lottery or gambling activity. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and the decisions of Utoya, which are final and binding in all respects.
2. Eligibility
The raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Utoya, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Methods
Participants receive one raffle entry for every $10 spent on qualifying purchases at Utoya.com during the promotional period. No additional action is required to enter. All entries must comply with these terms and conditions. Entries obtained through fraudulent means or those that are in violation of these terms are void.
4. Raffle Tickets
Raffle tickets are not for sale and cannot be purchased, transferred, or exchanged for cash. They are issued solely based on qualifying purchases. Raffle tickets have no cash value and are non-transferable.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by the ticket program at the end of the promotional period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of purchase or entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Prizes
Prizes consist of the contents of the Mystery Boxes, which are valued at $500 each. The specific contents of each box are determined at the sole discretion of Utoya. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
7. General Conditions
Utoya reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the raffle if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Utoya’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle, as determined by Utoya in its sole discretion. Utoya reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the raffle or to be acting in violation of these official rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Utoya, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to participating in the raffle or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize.
9. Governing Law
The raffle and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or connected with this raffle will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Florida.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely by Utoya for the purpose of administering the raffle and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the raffle or as required by law. By participating, entrants agree to Utoya’s collection and use of their personal information in accordance with Utoya’s Privacy Policy.
11. Amendments
Utoya reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on the Utoya website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
